摘要
经多年的探索构建了层层递进的药学专业实践教学体系,形成了基于实践教学体系的分层次药学人才培养模式,提高了药学专业大学生的创新能力和就业竞争力。
After many years of exploration, the multilevel practice teaching system in pharmaceutical specialty was constructed. Based on the practice teaching system, a hierarchical pharmacy personnel training mode was formed. It was proved the reform improved innovative ability and the employment competitiveness of pharmaceutical college students.
