高职院校与IT培训机构联合办学的新型培养模式改革初探

Exploration of the New Training Mode of Joint Running of Higher Vocational Colleges and IT Training Institutions

因用人单位对人才的需求出现强调高学历和岗位零接轨的趋势,通过对高职软件技术专业与IT培训机构人才培养模式的比较分析,提出了二者联合办学应遵循互惠互利和学生自愿参加的原则,并从人才培养目标、专业设置、课程设置、教学与就业、师资培训五方面给出具体的实施方案,为其他高校提供借鉴和参考。

Nowadays, there comes a trend that the employers are demanding higher education degree and at the same time, more capability which allows the graduates to take on work without any gap, this paper explores joint-education of technique major in Higher vocational colleges and IT training institutions. After comparative analysis of the two training mode, It puts forward that the combination education should conform with the following principles： mutual benefit and voluntary from the students. Meanwhile It also provides specific implementation plans in the following five aspects： the target of talent training, major setting, course setting, teaching ＆ employment, and teacher training, to provide reference for other colleges and universities.
