摘要
地方应用型本科高校普遍实施学生网上评教举措,但该举措是否发挥了应有的监控和保障教学质量的作用,学术界对此并未展开深入研究。以C学院2014-2015学年各专业学生网上评教的数据及调查走访所得信息为基础,通过信度和效度检验证明所采用的数据资料有效可信。进一步采取方差分析的统计方法,发现在学院、课程性质、多媒体属性和评教打分等观测点上,学生网上评教存在错位现象。同时,学生在网上评教时,随意打分明显,评教分数流于虚夸,使网上评教举措基本处于失效的状态。地方应用型本科院校宜通过制定科学的评教指标体系、开展多样的评教宣传活动和改革单一的评教实施方式等手段,及时优化网上评教机制。
There are few researches on whether students' online teaching evaluation in the local applied undergraduate universities has played its due role in monitoring and guaranteeing the quality of teaching.The reliability and validity tests show that the survey data of 2014-2015 of C College and the result of surveys and interviews are reliable and valid.The statistical analysis of variance reveals that there is dislocation in students' online teaching evaluation concerning such points of observation as colleges,curriculum nature,multimedia attributes and scoring.It is also found that the online teaching evaluation is made ineffective by students' careless scoring.Local applied undergraduate universities are expected to perfect the online teaching evaluation system by formulating a scientific system of evaluation targets,developing a variety of publicity activities of teaching evaluation,and reforming the single implementation method of evaluation.
