摘要
以某乘用车麦弗逊式前悬摆臂为研究对象,采集整车在汽车试验场强化道路各工况的应变,通过台架标定的方法获得摆臂载荷与应变关系,计算出相应工况下摆臂所受载荷。通过分析载荷谱时域和频域,得到利于零部件设计的参数,同时为结构设计人员进行CAE分析提供数据支持,为零部件疲劳寿命试验提供试验条件。
Taking the Mac Pherson suspension sway arm of a passenger car as the research objective,the strains of the vehicle under different road conditions in a proving ground were collected. By bench calibration method,the relations between sway arm load and strain were obtained,the loads suffered by the sway arm under the corresponding conditions were calculated. The optimal parameters for parts design could be gotten by analyzing the load spectrum time domain and frequency domain. It provides data support for structure design personnel in CAE analysis,and provides test conditions for component fatigue life test.
