摘要
FSC赛车车架作为赛车的承载体,支撑着包括发动机、差速器等诸多总成部件及赛车手的载荷,其抗扭转、弯曲能力直接影响赛车比赛的可靠性与安全性。方程式赛车前端采用蜂窝结构的缓冲块来吸收外界冲击时的能量。通过设计蜂窝结构尺寸与安装位置,进行实验得到吸能数据曲线,并分析其可行性,以满足大赛规则和赛车行驶安全性要求。
As the bearer of the FSC racing car,car frame supports the load from engine,differential,brake and other main components and racer,it's abilities of torsional and bending directly influence the car's reliability and safety. The cellular structure of the buffer block in front of racing car was used to absorb energy from external shock. The size of the cellular structure and its installation location were determined,and then its feasibility was analyzed based on experimental energy absorption curve data,to meet the rules of the competition and the car driving safety requirements.
