摘要
针对某款增压型汽油发动机,运用CAE仿真手段分析该款发动机所匹配的增压器性能。通过标定平原状态下整机仿真模型,预测不同海拔高原工况下增压器性能并进行对比分析。通过CAE仿真分析,实现了预测增压器高原性能、挖掘整机潜能,并对增压器设计开发及整机匹配起到一定的指导作用。
Aiming at a gasoline engine matched turbocharger,CAE method was used to analyze performance of the turbocharger. By calibrating engine performance model at sea level,turbocharger performances at diverse altitude were predicted and contrasted. By this way,altitude performance of turbocharger and whole engine performance can be predicted. At the same time,it can help guide to turbocharger design and whole engine matching.
