摘要
普通内螺纹量检具在检测螺纹孔时分别使用螺纹塞规和螺纹深度规检测螺纹中径和深度等参数。一方面,螺纹深度规价格普遍较高,对不同直径和螺距的测量通用性差;另一方面,全面检测螺纹参数时,量检具间的反复切换及较大深度螺纹孔测量时旋入圈数较多等问题,使得一旦面对多数量螺纹孔检测,无疑在很大程度上增加了检验人员的工作量,降低了工作效率。为此,设计了一种复合型快速测量的螺纹检具。它具备一般螺纹通止规的功能,同时整合了螺纹深度测量功能。更重要的一点,通过使用特殊结构解决了深孔螺纹检测时操作繁琐的弊端,在批量生产中有效降低检验人员的劳动强度,提高检测效率。
Common thread gauge with thread plug gauge and thread depth gauge measuring screw thread diameter and depth and other parameters can be respectively used in the detection of the screw holes. On one hand,thread depth gauges prices are generally high,and have poor universality in different diameter and pitch measurement. On the other hand,in a comprehensive test of thread parameters,the problems of measuring between repeated switching and greater depth of thread hole measurement was screwed into with more circle number,once faced with large amount of tap hole detecting,it is undoubtedly at large increased the workload of inspectors,and reduced the work efficiency. For this,a combined type of rapid measurement tool for the screw thread was designed. It had the general function of thread through check,and integrated the depth measurement function of the thread. The more important point was that,through the use of special structure to solve the defects of the operation of the deep- hole thread detection,in mass production,the labor intensity was reduced,and the detection efficiency was improved.
