In the new car seat developed in recent years, double hardness or multi-hardness foam is adopted. The production of this kind of double hardness seat can accurately control hardness of the seat at different positions through changing index of Isocyanate. On this basis, Toyota Boshoku had put forward surface skin integral foaming process,by which driving ＆ taking comfort and design sense were perfectly paid attention to. The process had been successfully applied in sports seat in Lexus RC F,and the sports design with high coziness and high quality was realized.
