摘要
苏里格气田低产积液井数量已超过气田总井数的60%,目前积液井主要采用"井筒测试液面法"计算的井筒积液量均存在较大偏差。针对上述问题,结合气田气井生产管柱特点和积液井井筒压力测试数据,利用气井油套连通原理、气田地层压力折算方法与实测井底流压三者之间的关系,推导出计算气井油管、油套环空积液量的计算公式,从而准确计算出气井的井筒积液量。应用表明新推导公式和原方法相比具有计算方法更加科学合理、计算结果准确性高等特点,适用于苏里格气田油套连通的直井、定向井的井筒积液量计算。
The number of effusion well in Sulige gasfield has been increased to more than60 %.The currently wide-applied "wellbore liquid level testing method" to calculate the volume of wellbore effusion liquid is proved to be erroneous commonly. For the above problem,combining with the characteristics of gas well production tubing and the testing data of wellbore pressure, by using the relationship of connection of oil pipe and casing, the theory of formation pressure conversion and the flowing pressure at the bottom of the well that be measured, we can deduce the formula of calculating the volume of wellbore effusion liquid in the annulus of the oil pipe and casing, then calculate it precisely. Application shows that the new deduced formula is of scientific, reasonable and high calculation accuracy. Compared with the old method, it is more suitable for calculating the volume of wellbore effusion liquid in vertical and the direction wells that has connected pipe and casing in Sulige gasfield.
