摘要
用回注水为生物样本,利用PCR-DGGE技术,研究油田常用水处理药剂(絮凝剂、缓蚀剂和阻垢剂)对水样中的生物群落的影响,并对油田水样和常用水处理药剂中的总氮、总有机碳以及部分阴离子进行了测试分析。实验发现加入不同浓度的水处理药剂后,微生物群落和数量都发生了明显的变化。这是由于水处理剂中均含有大量的氮、有机碳成分和微量的磷,因此投加到水体中对某些微生物的生长和繁殖会有促进作用,而微生物的大量繁殖将给水处理带来更大的难度。因此对于水处理药剂的投加在考虑药剂效果的同时还应考虑到对水体微生物群落的影响。
This paper studied the impact of water treatment agent(flocculants, corrosion and scale inhibitor), which commonly used in oilfield, for biological communities in wastewater samples by using PCR-DGGE. And the total nitrogen, total organic carbon and some anions were tested in oilfield water treatment agent. It was found that microbial communities and the number of significant changed after adding different concentrations of water treatment agent. This is due to the large amount of nitrogen, carbon components and a trace amount of organic phosphorus in water treatment agents. Therefore, they can promote microbial growth and reproduction. And microbial blooms will bring greater difficulty to water treatment. So the use of water treatment agents should consider the effects of agents while also their impact to microbial communities.
