摘要
本文全面分析了苏州河地区排水防涝面临的形势,利用水力模型评估地区排水防涝能力和存在问题;按照提标控污的总体目标,构建了"集中深层调蓄"、"就地分散调蓄"和"就地全面改造"三类对策措施,并经技术经济比较后推荐了"集中深层调蓄"方案,最后利用模型评估了该措施的工程效益。
The situation of Suzhou River drainage waterlogging is discussed. Hydraulic model is used to assess the regional capacities and drainage objectives of raising standard and controlling waterlogging problems. In accordance with the overall non-point source pollution, three options are discussed, such as "centralized deep flood storage","decentralized deep flood storage" and" comprehensive transformation ".After the overall technical and economic comparison, decentralized deep flood storage option is recommended. Finally, the model assesses the effectiveness of the project benefit.
