新型非法集资对金融稳定的影响 被引量：3

摘要 近年来,受多种因素影响,非法集资犯罪活动多发,其犯罪手法不断翻新,涉及领域广,区域范围大,涉案金额高,并且呈现出许多新的形态。本文总结了互联网金融庞氏骗局加金融传销,房地产金融资金大量进入非法集资领域,信用卡连环盗刷套现,以表面实体店掩饰非法资金池洗钱。
