摘要
对Q890高强度结构钢作为液压支架用钢的减重效果进行了分析,并对其焊接性能进行了研究,确定了合理的焊前预热温度和焊后回火温度。在此基础上,将Q890高强钢代替Q690高强钢并作为主要钢材制造了ZFY18000/28/53D样机,并进行了液压支架型式试验。结果表明,Q890高强钢焊接性能能够满足液压支架使用要求。
Height suppressing effect that Q890 high strength structural steel was applied in hydraulic support was analyzed, still weld- ing performance was also researched, then reasonable preheating temperature before welding and tempering temperature were con- firmed. On the basis these, prototype ZFY18000/28/53D was manufactured with Q890 high strength steel instead of Q690 high strength steel, then hydraulic support style experiment was carried out. The results showed that the welding performance of Q890 high strength steel could meet requirements of hydraulic support designing.
