摘要
对成县厂坝铅锌矿区污染土壤和对照土壤中的原生动物进行对比研究,共鉴定土壤原生动物42种,其中对照组有36种,试验组有6种。对照组中卵形波豆虫、斜滴虫、膨胀肾形虫、大口薄咽虫、伪尖毛虫等为优势种;而试验组中6种原生动物,隶属于1目5科6属6种,且没有明显的优势种。通过比较说明土壤铅化物对土壤原生动物群落结构有较大的影响。
Protozoa in the polluted soil of Changba lead and zinc mine and in control soil in Cheng County were studied. A total of 42 species of soil protozoa were identified,there were 36 species of soil protozoa in control soil,and 6 species of soil protozoa in the polluted soil. The dominant species in control soil were Bodo obovatus,Monas abligua,Colpoda inflata,Leptopharynx eurystoma,Oxytricha fallax and so on. 6 species of soil protozoa in the polluted soil belonged to 1 order,5 families,6 genera and 6 species,and there was no obvious dominant species. The results showed that lead compounds had a significant effect on the community structure of soil protozoa.
