摘要
以巨尾桉(Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla)木材为试材,在功率为340 W,频率为25和59 k Hz的条件下,分别进行30、60和90 min的超声波预处理,对比分析超声波预处理对桉木干燥时间的影响。结果表明,试材的干燥速率和水分扩散系数,均随超声波频率提高、预处理时间增加而增大;尤其当含水率在纤维饱和点以上时,超声波预处理对试材干燥时间的缩短效果更明显。
Eucalyptus grandis×E. urophylla wood samples were pretreated by ultrasound at 340 W power with frequency of 25 and 59 k Hz for 30, 60 and 90 minutes, respectively, and the effects of ultrasound pretreatment on drying time of the eucalyptus wood samples were investigated. Results indicated that ultrasound pretreatment could decrease drying time and increase water diffusivity of the wood samples.Moreover, drying rates and water diffusivity increased along with increase of ultrasound frequency and pretreatment time. The effect of ultrasound pretreatment on shortening drying time was very obvious when wood moisture content of the samples was above fiber saturation point.
