摘要
为提高穿孔萃取效率,针对现用穿孔萃取仪的结构缺陷,提出改进方案,并验证改进效果。结果表明:改进后萃取效率显著提升,萃取60 min即可达到改进前萃取120 min的效果;检验准确性和精密性良好,绝对偏差在0.4~0.6mg/100g,相对偏差在1.7%~2.9%,变异系数在1.3%~1.8%。
In order to improve extraction efficiency of perforator apparatus for detecting formaldehyde emissions from wood-based panels, the apparatus structure was improved. Testing results showed that extraction efficiency of the improved apparatus was significantly increased by reducing extraction time from 120 min to 60 min. And the absolute deviation, relative deviation and variation coefficient were0.4~0.6 mg/100 g, 1.7%~2.9% and 1.3%~1.8%, respectively.
