摘要
针对航空维修保障能力评估问题研究的不足,提出一种基于熵权的航空装备维修保障能力评估方法。根据航空装备维修保障的实际工作,将其分为准备、操作和保障3个阶段,分析各阶段工作的特点,分阶段建立指标体系,并采用熵权法确定各指标的权重;按照工作流程提出的指标体系更好地体现航空装备维修保障工作的整体性与连续性;最后,对某基地航空装备保障能力进行评估。评估结果表明:该评估指标能够提供合理有效的评估结论,为航空装备维修保障能力的评估提供了理论依据。
In view of the insufficient of studies in evaluation of aviation equipment maintenance capability, this paper puts forward an aviation equipment maintenance capability evaluation method based on entropy weight. According to the work of aviation equipment maintenance, this paper divides it into three sections, including preparation section, repairing section and maintenance section. This paper analyzes the feature of every section, and builds an index system. The weight of each index is determined by entropy weight method. The index system according to work flow gives better expression to the integrality and continuity of aviation equipment maintenance. The model is used to evaluate the maintenance capability of a base. The result shows that index system proposed in this paper can provide reasonable and effective conclusion, and theoretical accordance to aviation equipment maintenance capability.
