PX系列事件中的不同意见主体博弈探析

Analysis of Different Opinions in Series of PX Events

在包括PX系列事件在内的众多群体性事件中,政府的意见性信息、传统媒体评论,以及意见领袖对于推动事件的发展起到重要作用。我们不难发现政府意见、传统媒体评论,以及意见领袖这三者间的相互博弈在一定程度上影响事件的走向。其中,政府的意见性信息从官方的角度发布和表态,以期引导群众并避免造成群体性冲突的后果;基于自身的定位,传统媒体评论在传播意见性信息过程中的姿态或保守或激进;意见领袖更多的是同情和支持身处事件中的群众,对于相关部门批评调侃居多,话语尺度远大于前二者。相关部门应该在充分整合三者的前提下科学决策,避免零和博弈。

The opinionated information of the government,the traditional media comments,as well as opinion leaders play an important part in promoting event development in number of mass disturbance including the series of PX events. It is not hard for us to find that gaming of the government,traditional media comment and opinion leaders influence the development of events trend to some extent. Among them,the opinionated information of the government avoids mass bloody consequences in order to guide people based on official gesture; traditional media comment spreads ideas conservative or radical on account of itself; opinion leaders pay more pity and support for the masses of the event. We should make scientific decision on the premise of fully integrating three aspects,and avoid the zero-sum game.
