民族地区社会管理与思想政治教育协作机制研究

On the Coordination Mechanism for Social Management and Ideological Political Instructions in Minority Areas

民族地区社会管理与思想政治教育具有理论同源、内容交融、方式互补、载体共享、目标同向的协作基础,面对当前民族地区在社会管理中出现的认同感、自治观、法制观、发展观、开放观、绩效观等思想问题,迫切需要加强政府管理与多元管理、硬性管理与柔性管理、应急管理与教育预警的协作机制构建,努力形成化解民族地区群众各类思想问题的合力。

Social management and ideological political instructions in minority areas have a coordi- nation basis for theories of same origins, overlapping contents, complementary man- ners, shared carrying media, and common objectives. Facing such issues as sense of i- dentification and notions of self- ruling, law and regulations, development, open - up, and administrative performance, we should strengthen the coordination mechanism between government and pluralistic management, rigorous and flexible management, and emergency management and instructive preventive warning in order to dissolve the ideological problems that may occur in minority areas.
