摘要
近年来,随着我国建筑企业技术与装备水平的提升,越来越多的施工企业走出国门,在海外工程这个舞台上大放异彩。在海外工程施工过程中,由于监理(咨询)工程师原因造成工期延误与费用增加的情况时有发生。在这种情况下,做好与监理(咨询)工程师的沟通,显得尤为重要。本文以海外工程常用的FIDIC条款为背景,浅谈与监理(咨询)工程师的沟通。
In recent years, an increasingly growing number of construction enterprises have been contracting projects overseas with progressive advancement of China＇s building techniques and equipment. They operate everywhere like a shining star brightening the international arena for construction projects. However, it occasionally happens that extension of time and additional cost are caused due to implementation by the Consultant （Engineer） . Under such condition, it is of significance that how to coordinate with consultant engineers during construction activities.
