摘要
目的 :为了能够在救治现场迅速展开急救,缩短输液准备时间,提高抢救速度,研制一种便携式正压输液箱。方法:便携式正压输液箱由输液箱箱体和输液组件2个部分组成。整个输液箱采用密封圈隔板防水技术、耐高温防火型高强度PVC塑料设计,采用气动方式提供动力。结果:该装置能够在5 s之内完成输液加压袋充气过程,实现快速加压输液,大大提高了抢救效率。结论:便携式正压输液箱摆脱了重力输液的局限性,能够实现快速加压,缩短了野外、战地救护加压输液准备时间,提高了救护效率。
Objective To develop a portable positive-pressure transfusion device to decrease transfusion preparation time.Methods The device was composed of a box and a transfusion unit. The device realized water-proof function by sealing ring diaphragm, and adopted heat-resistance fireproof high-strength PVC plastics and pneumatic power supply mode. Results The device completed the inflation of the pressure bags in 5 s to realize rapid pressurized transfusion. Conclusion The device has no the deficiency of gravity transfusion, decreases the preparation time for transfusion, and enhances the pressurized transfusion in field or war conditions.
