摘要 目的 :设计一种能够同步显示所检查部位图片,医务人员可实时拍照和摄像,便于门诊检查、教学查房等的野战手术头灯摄像系统。方法:采用STM32为中央处理器,OV7670为图像传感器,HF-LPB100为无线Wi-Fi模块,将图像传感器与发光二极管(light emitting diode,LED)灯头并行同轴设计,在临床应用中可实时采集头灯视野图像,通过编码压缩成JPG图像或者H.264视频流并通过Wi-Fi同步显示在终端上。整个系统通过低功耗技术、图像压缩技术和流媒体技术等来实现。结果:该系统可以实时拍摄患者病灶图片,满足临床科室的应用。结论:该系统性能稳定、携带方便、佩戴舒适、使用简单,并能够实现无线传输,进一步实现远程医疗,对军队卫勤保障能力的提高以及更好地为地方伤员服务等有很大的帮助,可取得较好的军事、社会及经济效益。 Objective To design a field operation headlamp camera system to facilitate the medical staff to take photograph at real time during outpatient examination and ward round. Methods The system used STM32 as the central processor, OV7670 as the image sensor and HF-LPB100 as the wireless Wi-Fi module, with the image sensor being parallel and coaxial with the LED lamp holder. With low-power-consumption technology, image compression technology and streaming media technology,real-time images were acquired and then compressed to obtain JPG images or H.264 video stream, which were displayed on the terminal through Wi-Fi simultaneously. Results The system could meet the requirements of clinical departments to take photograph simultaneously when the treatment was performed. Conclusion The system behaves well in stability, portability,comfort and usage, lays a foundation for telemedicine based on wireless transmission, and thus gains high military, social and economic benefits.
