肝硬化多层螺旋CT门静脉和肝静脉同时显影扫描及对比剂注射方案的优化

Simultaneous MSCT scanning for hepatic cirrhosis portal vein and hepatic vein and optimized scheme of contrast injection

目的 :探讨肝硬化多层螺旋CT(multi-slice CT,MSCT)门静脉和肝静脉同时显影的可行性。方法 :将120例病例分成2组(每组60例)进行不同方式的扫描,分别测定3个感兴趣区的CT值。结果:对照组门静脉主干与肝静脉血管强化对比差异明显,不能很好地在工作站用一个时像的影像同时显示,优化组门静脉主干与肝静脉血管强化对比差异不明显,可以在工作站用一个时像的影像同时显示。结论:肝硬化MSCT门静脉和肝静脉同时显影技术在日常工作中通过二次注射对比剂方法完全是可行的。

Objective To study the feasibility of simultaneous MSCT scanning of hepatic cirrhosis portal vein and hepatic vein.Methods Totally 120 patients were divided into a control group and an optimization group equally to undergo types of scanning,with CT values of three areas of interest calculated. Results In the control group, the main portal vein had the enhancement significantly different from that of the hepatic vein, so that they could not be displayed at one phase, and the optimization group was quite the contrary. Conclusion It＇s feasible to realize simultaneous MSCT scanning for hepatic cirrhosis portal vein and hepatic vein by biphasic injection.
