摘要 分子影像由于其灵敏度和特异性在疾病诊断和治疗过程中发挥着重要作用。近年来,X线激发荧光断层成像(X-ray luminescence computed tomography,XLCT)作为一种新型的分子成像手段受到研究者的关注。简要介绍了XLCT成像的基本原理及其高分辨、特异性好的优点,重点论述了不同扫描方式的XLCT系统的研究状况,对XLCT的发展和应用进行了总结和展望。 Molecular imaging plays a vital role in the diagnoses and treatment of diseases for its sensitivity and specificity.Recently, X-ray luminescence computed tomography(XLCT) has gained more and more attention as a new molecular imaging technology. The characteristics of XLCT were introduced, and its advantages in resolution and specificity were described. The research progresses of XLCT with different scanning modes were discussed, and the development and application of XLCT were summarized and demonstrated.
