摘要
目前山西家政服务企业存在主营业务较为单一、经营模式不能使从业人员有安全感和归属感、对品牌建设工作重视不足等问题。对此,山西家政服务企业要用现代管理理念催生服务业升级,把创新员工素质作为提升品牌建设之本;从家政服务业品牌的内涵、外延和品牌推广、社会认可模式进行创新,以期实现山西家政服务业的创新发展。
