在国家着力推进"四个全面"战略背景下,加快大学生社会主义核心价值观培育机制的创新能够有效抵御西方腐朽价值观的冲击,凝聚社会共识,整合引领各种社会思潮,进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作。当前教育机制下大学生对社会主义核心价值观的认同呈现出群体差异性、认同态度的多元化及认同水平的层次性等特点。高校应建立全面保障机制,优化理论教学机制,拓展环境导向机制,完善监督考评机制,强化实践转化机制,以增强社会主义核心价值观在大学生思想政治教育中的支撑力、主导力、渗透力、影响力。

Under the background of China＇s promoting Four-pronged Comprehensive strategy. We need to accelerate the innovation of the mechanism of cultivating college students＇socialist core values to resist the impact of western decadent values, embody social consensus, lead the integration of various social ideological trend, and further strengthen and improve ideological and political＂ education work. In the current education system, college students＂ identity to socialist core values present various characteristics, such as group differences, attitude characteristics of diversity and identity of the level of the hierarchy. Colleges and universities should establish com- prehensive safeguard mechanism, optimization theory teaching mechanism, expand environment oriented mechanism, perfect the super- vision and evaluation mechanism, strengthen the practice transformation mechanism, and strengthen the socialist core values in the ideological and political education support, dominance, the penetration and influence, and guiding force.
