浅析选人用人工作的从严监督检查

本文结合全面从严治党形势下的选人用人工作,指出开展选人用人检查是组织部门的责任和使命,重点是做到"四谈、五看、六听、七查",并提出了做好选人用人检查的基本思路。

The paper looks at personnel selection and appointment work under the context of comprehensively strengthening Party discipline. It notes that the organization department should be responsible for carrying out inspections on personnel selection and appointment, and lays out the key tasks in this regard, i.e. to have talks with four types of persons, to evaluate the five competencies of the leadership, to hear inputs on six aspects of work and to conduct inspections on seven areas of work. The paper also puts forward a basic approach to properly carry out inspections.
