如何通过评估去有效判断培训的效果,始终是一个悬而未决的难题。本文结合基于O2O开展的全流程培训项目实例,详细介绍了在教学实践中,如何充分发挥项目组、学员和直线经理三方的作用,以及对培训项目实行全过程评估的主要方法。
How to evaluate the effectiveness of training through assessment has always remained an unresolved issue. The paper, based on a whole process 020 training program, describes in detail how to give full play in the teaching& learning practice to the roles of the program coordination team, trainees, and line managers. The paper also describes in detail the main methods of whole process assessment of the training program.
