摘要
本文运用ABC分类法及供应风险与采购设备材料成本/价值模型,对工程公司采购物资进行特点分析和分类,根据分类结果提出了工程公司供应商关系管理应当选取的策略,对于工程公司加强与供应商的合作,有侧重地形成战略联盟伙伴关系有一定借鉴意义。
The paper employs the ABC method and the model of supply side risk and cost/value of purchased equipment and materials to analyze and classify procurement activities in engineering companies, and propose corresponding strategies for supplier relationship management according to the different categories, in a bid to provide insights for engineering companies in improving cooperation with suppliers and developing focused strategic partnerships.
