摘要
目的研究肺癌组织中HMGN5基因的表达水平与患者临床病例特征的相关性。方法选择我院行肺癌手术切除患者共60例的肺癌及30例癌旁组织标本,采用Real-time PCR法进行HMGN5基因m RNA表达水平检测,分析肺癌组织中HMGN5基因的表达水平与患者临床病例特征的相关性。结果肺癌组织的HMGN5 m RNA阳性表达率与肿瘤组织学分化、肿瘤直径及TNM分期具有相关性(P<0.05),而与吸烟、年龄和肿瘤的浸润深度等无相关性(P>0.05);癌旁组织的HMGN5m RNA表达水平显著低于肺癌组织(P<0.01)。结论 HMGN5基因在一定程度上参与到肺癌发生发展过程,可作为一种新型的抗肿瘤治疗靶点,为药物研发及临床治疗提供参考。
Objective To study the correlation between the expression level of HMGN5 gene in lung cancer tissues and clinical pathological features. Methods The 60 samples of lung cancer tissue and 30 samples of adjacent tissues from lung cancer surgery conducted in our hospital were selected. The expression level of HMGN5 gene mRNA was detected by Real-time PCR method and its correlation with clinical pathological features was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of HMGN5 mRNA in lung cancer tissues was relevant to the histological differentiation of tumors, diameter of tumor and TNM staging (P 〈 0.05) and irrelevant to smoking, age, the depth of invasion of tumors and other factors (P 〉 0.05); the expression level of HMGN5 mRNA in adjacent tissues was significantly lower than that in lung cancer tissues (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion HMGN5 gene is involved in the development of lung cancer to a certain extent and can be a new anti-tumor therapeutic target to provide reference for drug development and clinical treatment.
