8种粮食和蔬菜作物种子短期节能储藏研究 被引量:4

摘要 选取水稻、小麦等8种主要粮食和蔬菜作物,开展了短期节能储藏研究。共选用18个品种,分别采用纸袋、编织袋和铝箔袋包装后,储藏于室内、中期库和节能试验库,储藏2年后监测种子生活力。对比发现储藏2年后,3种储藏条件下,种子平均发芽率差异不显著,但是室温库储藏种子间一致性明显降低,而节能库储藏效果则与0-2℃冷库基本一致。同等条件下节能库比0-2℃冷库节能47.68%。因此认为本研究所采用的试验库可以实现短期节能储藏目标。
