摘要
直线超声电机作为一种新型作动器,以其独特的结构和驱动原理,在高新技术领域有着广泛的应用。首先,回顾了电机结构设计方面的研究进展,提出了电机的设计理论和方法,阐述了电机结构形式的演化和夹持结构的设计方法;其次,介绍了有关电机理论模型的研究进展,提出了定子机电耦合模型、摩擦接触模型和定/动子冲击模型等;最后,报道了直线超声电机在高精度运动平台、细胞显微操作、微夹持器和绝对重力仪方面的最新应用。
The linear ultrasonic motor is a new type of actuator with a unique structure and principle that has wide-ranging applications in the high and new-tech areas.First,this paper reviews the research progress in motor design and proposes theories and methods of motor design,particularly the evolution of motor structure and the design method for the clamping of the motor.Second,some advances in theoretical motor models were reported,in which the electromechanical coupling model of the stator,friction contact model,and impact model between the stator and mover were developed.Finally,the latest applications of the linear ultrasonic motor were presented,which indicate that it has been applied to a high-precision motion platform,cell micromanipulation,micro clip and gravimetric system.
