现阶段是发展农村经济发展的关键时期,建设与发展乡镇企业势在必行,但是由于大量农村劳动力流动到城市,服务于商业活动,导致农业生产和乡镇企业的劳动力不足,影响了农村、乡镇经济的整体发展。要发展现代农业、壮大乡镇企业就必须针对现阶段农村劳动力流失的问题,从实际出发,根据我国国情提出相应的解决对策。

The present stage is the key period of the development of rural economy and business. Construction and development of township enterprises is imperative, but due to a large number of rural labor force go to the city, serving the commercial activities,making it lack of agricultural production and labor of township enterprises, and affecting the overall development of rural and township economy. In order to develop modern agriculture and strengthen the rural enterprises, we must solve the problem of the loss of rural labor force at the present stage, and put forward to the corresponding countermeasures according to the actual situation of our country.
