中煤破碎再选技术探究

摘要 本文以顺达选煤厂入洗中煤为原料,通过对试验煤样粒度、密度进行实验分析,确定其含有一定的精煤和矿物质的连生体;进一步对一次破碎级-1 mm,二次破碎级-1 mm,一、二次破碎级3-1 mm三种煤样进行了浮沉实验,研究破碎对中煤解离的作用,以及确定破碎粒度大小,得出破碎到3 mm最合适,不值得进一步破碎;采用煤泥旋流重选柱分别对自然级-3 mm和破碎级-3 mm进行了分选工艺实验,分析经济效益,证明效果显著. In this paper,coal middlings of Shunda Coal Preparation Plant were tested as raw materials to determine if certain intergrowth of refined coal and other minerals would exist based on the experimental analysis on particle size and density of the tested middlings. Further drifting experiments were conducted on three samples of first crushing level- 1mm,secondary crushing level- 1mm,and first and secondary crushing levels 3- 1mm,to find out the influence of crushing on coal dissociation and determine crushed particle size. The results showed that 3mm is the most suitable crushing level and not worth further crushing. In addition,it is efficient to analyze economic performance by using slime cyclone reselection columns to make sorting technology experiments on natural level-3mm and crushing level- 3mm.
