馆员是图书馆的重要组成部分.目前,图书馆面临人员年龄结构老化、综合素质偏低、服务意识不强、继续教育力度不足等问题.所以,图书馆必须引进专业人才,使馆员年龄结构均衡;建立有效的人才激励制度,营造和谐的工作氛围,多管齐下,做好馆员教育和培训工作.馆员则应从提高自身综合素质、增强主动服务意识方面着手,致力于图书馆馆员的队伍建设.

Librarians play an important part in a library. In view of the rapid development of information technology and different reading needs of readers in the new era,high quality librarian team has become an important condition for a library to carry out daily work and innovative services. Based on the analysis of local university library present situation,local university libraries should takes measures to promote self- development by introducing professional talent,improving comprehensive quality,establishing an effective incentive system for talents and increasing opportunities for librarians＇ further education and training.
