考虑不确定性的电动汽车群市场最优竞价策略 被引量:2

摘要 随着电动汽车尤其是插电式电动汽车的市场份额逐渐增加,利用电动汽车群的充电灵活性进行充电策略管理,不仅可以缓解电网中的电压和阻塞问题,还可降低电动汽车的充电成本。基于此,构建了目前市场中电动汽车群竞价的双层优化模型,其中上层问题是汽车群充电成本的优化模型,下层问题则考虑了充电需求弹性和其他市场参与者竞价等因素,构建了目前市场的出清过程优化模型。此外,充分考虑了市场竞价和行驶模式2种不确定性因素的影响,通过粒子群优化算法对电动汽车群的充电成本进行求解。最后,将该竟价策略与2种基准情形进行对比分析,验证策略的经济效益。 With tbe market share of electric vehicles increasing, especially plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEV), exploiting charging flexibility of PHEV aggregator to conduct charging management will not only Mieve the voltage problems and network congestion, but also reduce its charging cost. A hi-level optimal model is established for its bidding strategy in the power market. The upper level problem builds an optimal model tot the charging cost of the aggregator, whereas the lower level problem establishes an optimal model for market clearing, whicll is constrained by available charging flexibility and the bids of other market participants. Moreover, the effects of two sources of uncertainties are taken into consideration, including market bidding and driving mode. Then, particle swarm optimization algorithm (PSO) is adopted to soh'e the charging cost of aggregator. Finally,the resuhs of the proposed bidding strategy is compared with two base cases to validate the economic benefits of strategy.
