摘要
我国炼油能力已居世界第二位,扣除淘汰落后产能,预计2020年将达到8.5亿t/a。我国成品油消费结构正在出现显著变化,柴汽比由2011年的2.16下降到2015年的1.50。我国成品油质量标准仍落后于发达国家,但质量升级步伐很快。文章对我国油品质量升级提供了对策和建议。
Up to now, China＇s refining capacity ranks the second in the world, and will reach 850 million t/a by the year of 2020. The structure of domestic oil products consumption is now undergoing significant change that consumption ration of diesel to gasoline has dropped from 2.16 in 2011 to 1.5 in 2015. Even with the rapid upgrades of oil products quality, China national oil products quality standards still lag behind the developed countries. This article puts forward the ways and suggestions to further upgrade oil product quality in China.
