加强大学生创新创业能力的培养是高校人才培养的战略性问题,围绕创新创业人才培养所开展的教育教学改革,是高等教育综合改革中最核心的部分。针对高校发展过程中日益凸显的"同质化"和"异化"倾向,需要坚持科学定位,分类指导,育人为本,回归教学,为全面深化高校综合改革正本清源。

It is a great strategy for colleges and universities to foster their students＂ innovative and entrepreneurial ability, so the teaching reform focusing on it is the core for the comprehensive re- form of higher education. As for the tendency of homogenization and heterization in the development of those colleges and universities, a scientific orientation should be insisted, with different guidance given to different categories, and the orientation of education should be kept with teaching as the key so as to clear up the sources and get to the bottom of problems for deepening the comprehensive reform.
