摘要
在对用植物油为主要原料制造醇酸树脂及其与异氰酸酯聚合机理的研究基础上,研究了梓油作为原料合成的醇酸树脂与异氰酸酯的反应在铸造业的砂型/芯制作中的应用。实验结果表明,植物油使用梓油合成的醇酸树脂在砂型/芯制作中反应速度较快,不适合于温度较高时造型,但对于低温下的造型则很有利。
Based on using vegetable oils as raw materials to make alkyd resins and based on the study on polymerization mechanism of isocyanate, catalpa oil was studied as synthesis of alkyd resins react with isocyanate application in Foundry sand/core production. Experimental results showed that the synthesis of vegetable oil use oil alkyd resin sand mold making responses faster/core, not suitable for higher temperature model, which is good for styling at low temperatures.
