轻轨车辆用密接式车钩铸造工艺研究

摘要 在钩体研制过程中,对产品的技术要求和结构特点进行分析,设计初步的铸造工艺;利用MAGMA软件进行铸造模拟分析,通过对铸造工艺进行冲型、凝固过程的模拟计算和缩松、缩孔的预测,对工艺进行优化。根据确定的工艺进行模具的制作,对试验结果进行分析,进行工艺改进,并进行热处理试验和尺寸的加工确认,研制出满足要求的钩体。 In the process of tight-lock coupler development, the technical requirements and structure characteristics were analyzed,and the preliminary casting process was designed.MAGMA casting simulation software was used to optimize the casting process by calculating filling ,solidification and forecasting shrinkage cavity.shrinkage porosity .The moulds were made according to the optimized process.The improvement was put forward according to the test results.After heat treatment test and machining dimensions were studied, the tight- lock couplers accorded with the requirements are produced.
