摘要
台车车架作为台车式退火炉的重要组成部分,在承载工件、完成退火处理的过程中发挥着重要作用。针对车架传统设计中强度及刚度设计往往偏大的现象,采用Solid Works Simulation有限元分析软件对T2853台车车架进行强度及刚度的静态特性分析,得出其应力与变形云图,验证其设计的可靠性与合理性,为车架的强度与刚度校核提供了参考。
As an important part of the car-type annealing furnace, the frame plays a momentous role in the process of carrying workpieces and completing the annealing treatment. In the traditional design, the designers usually select a big factor of safety to guarantee the frame's strength and stiffness. Considering this phenomenon, this paper applies the finite element analysis software SolidWorks Simulation to the analysis of static strength and stiffness for the frame ofT2853 car-type furnace and obtains the stress and deformation diagram. The results verify the reliability and rationality of the frame design, which is also providing a reference for the strength and rigidity check.
