摘要
天窗为X型张弦梁结构,采用分批张拉的施工方案。施工前初拟了3种施工张拉方案,同时改原来传统的主动张拉为被动张拉。采用ANSYS软件对3种方案施工全过程进行模拟,等效预拉力模拟通过降温法和增量比值迭代法实现;采用逆向分析法来反向分析每一施工步钢拉杆的控制拉力,比较3种方案等效预拉力损失情况;提出采用力和位移控制指标的主动张拉控制法,为实际施工提供指导。
X-beam string structure was used in the sunroof of Wenzhou Yongqiang Airport,tensioning in batches scheme was applied in the beam string structure. Three kinds of pretensioning schemes were proposed before the construction. The traditional active tention was substituted by the passive tension pull scheme. The software ANSYS was used to simulate the whole process of the three construction solutions,the ratio of incremental iteration method and the cooling method were used to simulate the prestressed steel bars. Reverse analysis method was used to analyze the tension of each steel bar in each construction step. The prestressing losses of three construction solutions were compared. Active tension method was proposed,which control indexs by force and displacement. The proposed method could provide guidance for the actual construction
