摘要
首钢京唐公司1580热轧卷取温度控制过程中,为了得到良好的卷取温度控制精度,经常需要手动维护模型自学习参数和头尾温度补偿参数。模型参数根据带钢的钢种、厚度以及目标温度等参数分层别设置,开发自学习参数快速检索功能,节省了查找当前或最近处于层冷控制区域的带钢规格的自学习参数的时间,使模型控制参数得到及时修改,保证了卷取温度命中率和产品性能。
In order to get perfect control precision of coiling temperature in 1580 mm hot mill strip of Shougang Jingtang Company,self-learning parameters and offset parameters for head and tail of strip need to be modified.Model parameters can be confirmed by steel grade,target thickness and target coiling temperature.Developing quick retrieval function can greatly save time to find self-learning parameters and adjust control parameters in time,in which case coiling temperature field and product performance will be improved greatly.
