摘要
电动汽车的绝缘性能有着严格的要求,介绍了一套能够实时、准确、可靠地检测电动汽车绝缘性能的装置。选取基于双不对称电桥的绝缘检测方法,它是将双不对称电桥电路接在正负高压母线之间,通过切换采样不同时刻的电桥电阻电压值计算出绝缘电阻值,这种方法改进了传统的检测方法。以AT90CAN128为平台建立了一个绝缘检测装置,通过装置能很好地实现当绝缘电阻低于安全阈值时,LCD显示和指示灯报警,并通过CAN总线上传至上位进行监测。
This paper describes a real time,accurate and reliable detection of electric car insulation means.This method is based on two Insulation Detection symmetric bridge,which is a dual asymmetric bridge circuit is connected between the positive and negative high voltage bus,bridge resistance by switching the sampling voltage values calculated at different times of the insulation resistance.which improves the traditional detection methods.
