摘要
针对低速车车架焊接过程中普遍存在手工拼装、人工焊接作业,车架整体焊接质量保证困难,工艺流程不尽规范,焊接后车架整体存在较大的热变形;工装夹具定位简单等问题,根据车架焊接生产工艺流程,运用创新方法和理念设计了焊接生产线,合理布局工位并对各工位实现的功能进行详细描述。该系统具有生产节拍统一严格、操作简便、生产效率高的特点,可有效提高低速车车架焊接自动化生产的水平。
In this paper,for a low speed truck frame welding process in widespread hand assembled,manual welding operation,the whole frame welding quality assurance difficult,the process,not the norm,the welding frame as a whole are large thermal deformation,tooling fixture simple problems.According to frame welding production process,using innovative methods and ideas and design of welding production line,the reasonable layout of the station and function of the realization of each station were described in detail.
