区域经济协调发展背景下,传统的电子商务管理模式已经不能满足现代管理的需求。电子商务活动以其企业成本低工作效率高的优势,正逐步受到企业的高度重视。但在具体实践过程中仍存在一些问题,应进一步加强政府引导,完善基础设施和电子商务人才队伍建设,获得物流体系的支持,从而促进我国经济快速协调发展。
