移动互联网环境下的高职英语教师素质和能力的培养

The Cultivation of the Quality and Ability of Higher Vocational English Teachers Based on the Mobile Internet Environment

随着移动互联网技术的迅猛发展和普及,打破传统的高职英语教学模式,将移动互联网技术引入高职英语教学中来,完善高职英语的教学方法,已经逐渐变成现实。通过分析在移动互联网环境下,我国高等职业教育中英语教师的现状,提出了在移动互联网环境下培养高职英语教师所应必备的素质和能力的策略,从而提高高职英语的教学效果。

With the rapid development and popularization of Internet and mobile technology, breaking the traditional mode of higher vocational English teaching, introducing the mobile Intemet technology into higher vocational English teaching, exploring and researching method which suitable for higher vocational English teaching have gradually become a reality. This paper analyzed the current situation of English teachers of higher vocational education under the environment of mobile Intemet in our country, and put forward the training strategy of the necessary quality and ability of English teachers in higher vocational colleges in mobile Internet environment, so as to improve the teaching effect of higher vocational English.
