积极心理学视角下高校大学生幸福观教育

College Students' Happiness Concept Education from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

幸福是全人类的共同追求,幸福观是人们对幸福的根本看法,是人们的世界观、人生观、价值观对幸福的集中反映。科学的幸福观的确立是一个人获得真实持久幸福的前提。大学生肩负着建设富强、民主、文明、和谐的社会主义国家的重任,其幸福观是否正确关系到自身发展以及国家的富强和民族的振兴。在对两所高校学生幸福观调研的基础上,探究其幸福观现状,分析大学生幸福观教育缺失的原因,在积极心理学视角下,提出解决对策。

Happiness is the common pursuit of all mankind, happiness concept is the fundamental view of people＇s happiness, and the reflect of people＇s outlook on world, hfe, values. The establishment of scientific concept of happiness is a prerequisite for a person to obtain the true and lasting happiness. College students shoulder the task of building a prosperous, strong, democratic, civilized and harmonious socialist country, and the concept of happiness is correctly related to their own development and the prosperity of the country and the revitalization of the nation. Based on the investigation of the undergraduate students＂ happiness in two vocational colleges, this study explored the current situation of the concept of happiness, sorted out causes for the deficiency of happiness education and proposed the solution, in the perspective of positive psychology.
