摘要
本文目的在于研究原料粉末粒径大小对粉煤灰质陶瓷砖性能的影响。利用粉煤灰和滑石等普通陶瓷原料,经过模压成型成功制备了粉煤灰质陶瓷地砖。通过高倍电镜分析,研究了粒径大小对粉煤灰陶瓷地砖结晶和性能的影响规律。结果表明,粉煤灰质陶瓷坯体最佳烧成温度为1150℃,陶瓷原料粉末粒径小于250目,粉煤灰质陶瓷的性能最佳。粉煤灰中K_2O和Na_2O促进陶瓷晶化形核时生成透辉石相和降低烧成温度。本工作为粉煤灰大规模资源化及综合利用提出了新思路。
The objective of the present investigation was to study the effect of grain sizes on ceramic floor tiles prepared from fly ash. Green body of buildings ceramic can be produced from fly ash and talc by compression molding. The effect of grain sizes on crystal growth of fly ash - ceramic was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The result showed that when the optimal firing temperature is 1150 ℃. The particle size of the raw material powder being smaller than 250 mesh, the performance of the fly ash -ceramic is best. Sodium oxide and potassium oxide can improve the combining solid phase with liq- uid phase in the fly ash -ceramic successfully while crystallizing. This work is useful for the resourcing and comprehensive utilization of the red mud.
