摘要
元素在线分析仪能够检测出水泥生料中各元素的含量,可用于提高水泥生料的合格率。文章通过对生产现场的数据进行分析,结合水泥生料的生产工艺,提出一种实时指导水泥生料生产的方法,即利用分析仪实时数据与对应时刻的配比求出一个虚拟的水泥原材料成分,并利用这个虚拟的水泥原材料成分指导水泥生料的生产。对数据的仿真结果验证了该方法的合理性、可行性。
Online element analyzer can detect cement raw material's element and it can be used to improve the qualified rate of cement raw meal. In this article,a method of cement raw material production is proposed,based on the analysis of the data collected from production field and the technology of cement raw meal's production. It studies the data of analyzer and the correspond ratio of raw material,and then calculates a virtual composition of raw material for production. The results of simulation verify that the method is rational and feasible.
